Program Overview

The FLEET SEO Partner Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new clients to FLEET SEO ("Program"). All leads must be submitted through your assigned affiliate landing page or calendar link to be considered eligible.

Participation in this program is non-exclusive. You may refer other services, and FLEET SEO may operate similar programs or work with other affiliates and partners.

Referral Process

• Each Partner will receive a unique landing page or calendar link to track referrals.

• A referral is only considered valid if the referred client uses your link to book a strategy call and signs a service agreement with FLEET SEO.

• FLEET SEO reserves the right to accept or reject any referred client at its sole discretion.
  

Commission Structure

• Sign-On Bonus: $100 one-time payment for each new client who signs a contract with FLEET SEO.

• Quarterly Commissions: Paid every quarter starting after the third month of the client's Services.

• Annual Bonuses: Additional payouts for retained clients after 12 months of Services.

• Retention Milestone Bonus: $1,000 for every five (5) clients who retain Services for at least one consecutive year.

  
  For the purpose of quarterly and milestone bonuses, an "active client" is defined as a client referred by you who is fully paid-up on their services with FLEET SEO and has not paused or canceled services during the evaluation period.The Partner shall earn commissions based on paid contracted services with FLEET SEO ("Services") signed by the referred client.
  
  Additional Services:

  If a referred client adds services such as Ads Management or Social Media Management — whether at the time of signup or any point afterward — your commission may increase. These additional service bonuses begin at the end of the first full quarter following the service start date and will continue quarterly for as long as the service is active and paid for. The payment will be applied automatically to the existing commission.

Payout Schedule

For ongoing paid services.

• Sign-On bonuses are paid once, within seven (7) days of the client signing a contract.

• Quarterly bonuses are paid within fourteen (14) days of each new quarter.

• Annual bonuses are paid within fourteen (14) days of each twelve (12) month period.

• Payments are made digitally via PayPal, Wise, or another pre-approved method.
  
  If you believe a commission or bonus has been missed, you must notify FLEET SEO in writing within 30 days of the expected payment date ("Notice Period"). We’ll investigate and, if verified, make the necessary correction within 30 days of resolution. No disputes will be considered beyond this "Notice Period".
  

Partner Responsibilities

• You agree to provide payment details of a pre-approved payment method to FLEET SEO for the purposes of FLEET SEO paying commissions to you.

• You agree not to make false claims, misrepresent FLEET SEO or the Program, or guarantee results on FLEET SEO’s behalf.

• You agree to conduct yourself professionally and ethically in all promotional efforts.

• You must not offer discounts or incentives that FLEET SEO has not authorized.

• Failure to maintain these responsibilities may result in the immediate Termination of the Program agreement between FLEET SEO and the Partner. FLEET SEO reserves sole discretion in determining a Partner's failure to maintain these Partner responsibilites.
  

Intellectual Property

All FLEET SEO branding, marketing materials, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of FLEET SEO. You are granted limited permission to use pre-approved assets for referral purposes only. Upon Termination of the agreement between the Partner and FLEET SEO use of any the pre-approved assets is forbidden.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will be paid for all qualified commissions earned up to the date of termination. No future commissions will be paid after termination unless specified in writing.

Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about FLEET SEO, its strategies, clients, or operations, both during and after participation in the program.

Limitation of Liability

FLEET SEO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, arising from this agreement or the use of our services.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement.

Fraud and Program Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate, falsify, or misrepresent leads, referrals, or the use of your affiliate link—including using misleading marketing, spam tactics, or self-referrals—may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions. FLEET SEO reserves sole discretion in determining fraudulent activity.

Data & Privacy

By joining the program, you consent to FLEET SEO collecting and storing your name, contact information, and referral activity for the purposes of affiliate management and payment processing.

Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any income tax or business tax obligations arising from commissions earned through this program. FLEET SEO may request your business or tax identification information to comply with reporting requirements in Canada or abroad.

Participation
To participate in the FLEET SEO Partner Program, you must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in your jurisdiction. FLEET SEO reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application for any reason, including brand alignment, market conflict, or past conduct.
